Aromas of kiwi fruit, green apple and apricots shining with acacia flowers, before a very clean, bright finish. Fine bubbles add a lovely, soft mouthfeel.
IGP Coteaux d'Enserune
100% Viognier
A study in lush, floral debauchery, this organic Viognier tantalizes with a nose of citrus, lychee and lemon blossom and a fluid, lively mouth. In the hands of the owner and oenologue Stéphane Yerle, the viognier expresses masterfully. The wine is well balanced with just a hint of acidity to keep the palate alive and interested.
AOP Picpoul de Pinet
100% Picpoul
Picpoul is at home as a native grape at the Domaine La Croix Gratiot located near the Mediterranean shore. Night-harvesting preserves the fruity aromas and floral notes of this crisp white wine. Expect lively acidity with bright flavors of citrus and green tree fruit. The salty sea breeze produces a dry but wonderfully aromatic wine.
IGP Pays d'Herault
100% Pinot Noir
Not your average Pinot Noir, Les Zazous is aromatic and elegant, complex with aromas of roses, violets, cherry liqueur, plums. On the palate you'll find spicy notes like pepper and cinnamon.
Vin de France
40% Picpoul Gris, 40% Carignan Blanc, 20% Terret Gris

AOP Crémant de Limoux
60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin, 15% Pinot Noir
This vigorous rosé lights up the glass with delicate bubbles and subtle shades of cherry. A rich raspberry nose harmonizes with a hint of soft stone fruit on the palate. Chardonnay and Chenin dominate, but it is the Pinot Noir that brings this wine to fullness.
IGP Coteaux d'Enserune
80% Aramon, 20% Cinsault
This Mediterranean pale rosé surprises with its liveliness, its fruity and floral notes! Spectacularly fresh, full of blackcurrant, citrus, and rose in the nose, and leads to a vibrant and bright mouth feel, full of acidity, brambly berries, and a clean and expressive finish. The mouth, long, ends with a slightly pearly finish.
AOP Minervois
50% Grenache, 40% Carignan, 10% Syrah
La Nine is a typical Languedoc blend with aromas of spice, complex saddle leather, peppery herbs, garrigue and sweet red and black fruits, a nose of very beautiful purity. It’s medium-bodied, focused and elegant, with solid tannins, giving some cut and length on the finish.
AOP Crémant de Limoux
60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir
Interesting and complex nose of lemon blossoms, honey and a light touch of green apple. The palate reflects a well-rounded dry crémant, expressing toast, dried apricots and roasted nuts. Fresh fruit and lime round out the finish.
