Sparkling Wine
Sparkling wines were first developed in 1531 in the Limoux region of the Languedoc near Carcassone before they were taken North to the famous Champagne region of France. The Languedoc still makes some of the best sparkling wines in the world that we have hand-selected for our unique Princess & Bear sparkling selection.
