It's hard to find 100% Viognier from France, but this delicious wine is an excellent example of what we'd like New World wineries to do with this grape. It is round and fine, not oaky, tart, or overly floral. It has notes of honey and white peach with juicy fresh acid to keep your palate alive and wanting more. 20% of the juice was aged in new oak for 9 months, then blended with 80% from stainless steel tanks.
Serve with fish in sauce, sea sauerkraut, white meats, or Asian cuisine.
