This rosé has lovely floral aromas and a special charm that comes from the Nielluccio grape which is native to Corsica, a French Island near the Languedoc.  The grape is genetically similar to the Tuscan grape Sangiovese. The wine has peach notes and you can find a whiff of wild plants, like lavender and even perhaps an herbal touch of thyme. 

Enjoy on its own or paired with grilled white fish in lemon-butter sauce or chicken salad with apricots and almonds.
